Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through comfrtax.shop.

Our standard shipping commitment is:

Standard Shipping Cost: FREE
Estimated Delivery Time: 15–20 calendar days

For shipping enquiries:

Email: info@comfrtax.shop

1. Free Standard Shipping

comfrtax.shop provides free standard shipping on all orders.

No minimum purchase amount is required for our standard free-shipping service unless a different arrangement is expressly and clearly disclosed before checkout.

Customers will be shown relevant delivery information during the ordering process where applicable.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated standard delivery timeframe is:

15–20 calendar days

This period represents our normal estimated delivery window and is not a guarantee that every parcel will arrive on a particular date.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances such as:

  • Carrier delays;
  • Severe weather;
  • Transportation disruption;
  • Seasonal demand;
  • Public holidays;
  • Customs procedures where applicable;
  • Remote delivery locations;
  • Incorrect address information;
  • Security screening;
  • Operational disruptions; or
  • Other circumstances outside reasonable control.

UK distance-selling rules require customers to be informed about delivery arrangements, delivery costs and how long goods are expected to take to arrive. Goods must generally be delivered within 30 days unless another delivery period is agreed between the parties.

The 15–20 calendar day timeframe forms the normal delivery estimate communicated by comfrtax.shop.

3. Order Processing

After an order is submitted and payment is successfully authorised, the order may undergo processing before shipment.

Processing may include:

  • Payment verification;
  • Fraud screening;
  • Address checks;
  • Product allocation;
  • Packaging; and
  • Handover to a shipping provider.

Customers may receive order and shipping notifications by email.

4. Order Confirmation

After a customer places an order, an electronic acknowledgement or confirmation may be sent to the email address supplied at checkout.

Customers should review their order information promptly.

If an error is identified, customers should contact:

info@comfrtax.shop

as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

The delivery information should include all details reasonably necessary for successful delivery.

If a customer discovers an address error before dispatch, they should contact us immediately.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address if fulfilment has not progressed too far, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch has begun.

6. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, customers may receive tracking information electronically.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after a shipping label is created or a parcel is transferred to a carrier.

Carrier tracking systems are operated by third parties, and status updates may occasionally be delayed.

7. Multiple Shipments

An order containing multiple products may, where reasonably necessary, be dispatched in more than one package.

Packages from the same order may arrive at different times.

Where an order is divided into multiple shipments, customers will not be charged additional standard shipping solely because of the split shipment.

8. Delivery Delays

A delivery occurring later than the estimated 15–20 calendar day window does not automatically mean that a parcel has been permanently lost.

Customers experiencing a delay should contact:

info@comfrtax.shop

We will review available order and tracking information.

Where a delivery delay gives rise to statutory cancellation or refund rights, this policy does not restrict those rights.

9. Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has not been delivered and there has been an unreasonable delay, customers should contact us.

We may investigate with the relevant carrier.

Where a shipment is confirmed to have been lost before lawful delivery to the customer, we will provide an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable consumer rights.

10. Packages Marked Delivered

If carrier information states that a parcel has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should first consider checking:

  • The immediate delivery location;
  • Safe places around the property;
  • Other occupants at the address;
  • Building reception areas;
  • Neighbours where appropriate; and
  • Any delivery notification supplied by the carrier.

The customer should then contact info@comfrtax.shop if the parcel remains missing.

We will review available information and assist with an appropriate investigation.

A carrier's electronic status alone does not override mandatory consumer rights where goods have not actually been lawfully delivered.

11. Damaged Deliveries

If goods arrive damaged, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include:

  • Order information;
  • A description of the damage; and
  • Photographs where reasonably available.

Customers should retain packaging where practicable while the matter is reviewed.

Damaged goods may qualify for remedies under the Return and Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

12. Incorrect Delivery

If the customer receives the wrong product, they should contact:

info@comfrtax.shop

We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

13. Failed Delivery Attempts

A carrier may attempt delivery more than once or may provide instructions for collection or redelivery.

Customers should follow reasonable carrier instructions.

If a parcel is ultimately returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate refund or reshipment solution.

14. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If delivery fails because the customer provided an inaccurate or incomplete address, additional costs associated with redelivery may be considered where permitted by law.

We will not impose charges that unlawfully restrict statutory consumer rights.

15. Refused Deliveries

Customers intending to cancel an order should not rely solely on refusing delivery.

To clearly exercise a statutory cancellation right, customers should notify us at:

info@comfrtax.shop

Refused parcels will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.

16. International or Cross-Border Fulfilment

Depending on inventory location, logistics arrangements and destination, certain orders may travel through international shipping networks.

Where applicable, delivery times may be affected by customs or cross-border transportation processes.

Any mandatory charges for which the customer is responsible must be disclosed in accordance with applicable law.

We will not intentionally impose undisclosed mandatory charges after an order has been completed.

17. Customs Delays

Where international transportation is involved, customs authorities may inspect or delay shipments.

Customs processing is generally outside the direct control of comfrtax.shop.

However, customs delay does not remove any statutory consumer rights relating to delivery.

18. Changes to Orders

Customers wishing to change an order after submission should contact us immediately.

Possible requests include:

  • Correcting an address;
  • Changing a variation;
  • Changing quantity; or
  • Cancelling the order.

Changes cannot be guaranteed after order processing has begun.

19. Delivery and Cancellation Rights

Where applicable, customers retain statutory rights concerning cancellation and non-delivery.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits rights provided by UK consumer law.
